How Padel Fun Handles Your Details
Last updated 11 October 2026
Padel Fun (mypadelfun.com) helps padel clubs run tournaments with live scores on a TV and on players' phones. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it and what you can ask us to do with it.
When you visit this website
- Visitor counts. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and does not identify you. We see which pages were opened and roughly from which country and kind of device.
- Fonts. This page, the front page and the demo page load their fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google's servers, which see your IP address.
- Hosting. The site runs on Vercel, which, like every web host, briefly keeps technical logs of requests.
When you book a demo
The form asks for your name, your club, your email address, how many courts you have and whether you have a TV. We also store a scrambled version of your IP address to stop spam; it cannot be turned back into the address.
We use these details only to reply to your request. They are stored in our database at Supabase. We keep them while we are in touch with you about a demo, and delete them when you ask us to.
When you organise tournaments
Organisers sign in with an email address and a password. Sign-in is handled by Supabase, which keeps passwords only in scrambled form; we never store them ourselves. A cookie keeps you signed in; it is needed for that and is not used for tracking. We store the tournaments, players, courts and scores you enter so the app can run them.
When you play in a tournament
Your club's organiser enters your name, and may add your country, gender, playing hand, preferred side or a short note. The tournament's page and TV board show your name, your country's flag and your results, to anyone with the link or in the room. To have your name changed or removed, ask your club's organiser.
Who helps us run the service
- Vercel hosts the website and counts visits.
- Supabase stores the data and handles sign-in.
- Google Fonts serves the fonts on the front page, the demo page and this page.
We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.
What you can ask
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. If you booked a demo, reply to the email we sent you. If you play or organise at a club, your club's organiser can pass your request on to us.
Changes
If we change how we handle your details, we update this page and the date at the top.
